Class Policies

Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfers
Sorry, we are unable to offer refunds. You do have the option of applying your payment towards another class within the same session (space permitting).

Payment
Full payment of tuition is required at the time of registration to ensure your spot in a course. We accept payments by cash, credit card, and personal checks. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please leave your payment with the Leasing Office. You must have the exact amount as the leasing office will not make change. There is a $25 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Low Enrollment & Cancellations
Firefly Fitness reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. If your course is canceled, we will EMAIL you prior to the first day of class. In the event that a class or program is canceled by Firefly Fitness, or if a Firefly Fitness initiated schedule change renders you unable to attend, you may transfer to another course of your choice or receive a full tuition refund.

Registration Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you are automatically enrolled in your course and placed on the registration list. We will notify you by email, prior to the first class, if your course is closed due to enrollment limits.

Make-ups & Weather Cancellations
Classes will be made up if postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions. When a make-up class is unavailable, a pro-rated refund will be issued. It is the student's responsibility to call 781.454.5617 or the Leasing Office for weather cancellation information.
